  • XFIT

    High-intensity functional training that builds strength, power, fitness, and resilience.

    XFIT is Tone Haus’ fast-paced, coach-led session combining strength work, conditioning, gymnastics, and functional movement. Every workout is scalable, intentional, and designed to help you train hard and move well.

    Expect barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, machines, bodyweight skills, and structured intervals. Some days focus on strength, some on cardio, some a mix — every session has purpose.

    XFIT is where you sharpen technique, build confidence, and push your limits with a community that has your back.

  • HAUS STRETCH & RECOVER

    Slow down, lengthen out, and give your body the reset it deserves.
    Haus Stretch & Recover is your dedicated space to move with intention, soften tight muscles, and restore mobility after your harder training days.

    Expect deep, functional stretching, gentle mobility work, breath-led movement, and targeted release for the areas you need most — hips, back, shoulders, and hamstrings.

    This class supports better performance in your XFIT, LIFT, FDE and endurance training, helping you move better, recover faster, and feel lighter in your body.

    Perfect for beginners, athletes, runners, cyclists, swimmers, or anyone wanting less stress and more ease in their week.

  • PARTNER WORKOUT

    A Saturday morning staple! This high-energy session is the perfect way to wrap up your week or kickstart your weekend. Think great programming, banging playlists, and a whole lot of encouragement. Bring a mate or make one here.

  • STRENGTH ENDURANCE

    This strength-based endurance class is built to complement your cardio. Ideal for triathletes, competitors, and cardio-lovers alike, it helps build internal strength, stamina, and stability. Programmed by Jake at Fat Duck Endurance and open to all levels.

  • LIFT

    Strength training designed to build muscle, refine technique, and create sustainable progress.

    LIFT is our slower, more focused strength session — a structured, coach-led class using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and tempo work to help you lift with confidence and control.

    Expect clear programming, targeted muscle groups, smart progressions, and hands-on coaching. This is where you learn to move well, load safely, and build strength that supports everyday life.

    Perfect for beginners, mature members, or anyone wanting to get stronger without the intensity of XFIT.

  • HAUS WEIGHTLIFTING

    Refine your technique. Build real strength. Lift with confidence.

    Haus Weightlifting is your dedicated Olympic lifting session focusing on the two competition lifts — the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk — along with all supporting strength and accessory work.

    You’ll break down positions, timing, speed, and bar path so you can lift safely, efficiently, and powerfully.

    Expect technical drills, mobility for lifting, strength blocks, and coached progression to develop precision and power.

    Perfect for beginners learning the barbell for the first time, and for experienced lifters wanting to improve form, consistency, and performance.

    Suze Adams – Head Coach & Founder

    Suze is the heart behind Tone Haus—and the coach who’ll support you fiercely while always keeping it real.

    With 20+ years in the wellness industry as a personal trainer, nutritionist, yoga teacher, and therapist, Suze brings a rare mix of knowledge, lived experience, and deep intuition. She’s trained hard, burned out harder, and come full circle to create a space that prioritises balance over burnout.

    Her coaching style? Compassionate but firm. Focused but flexible. Suze meets you where you're at—and helps you build a version of strength that actually fits your life.

    This isn’t about punishment or perfection. It’s about showing up, tuning in, and remembering you’re allowed to take up space.

    Coach Jake – Athlete Performance Coach

    Jake brings serious performance knowledge without the ego. With a background in sports science, exercise health, and biomechanics (UWA & ECU), he works with athletes of all levels to improve their swim, bike, and run through technical coaching and data-led feedback.

    His approach is all about the details that make a difference—pacing, fuelling, recovery, mindset—and finding that sweet spot where performance and real life can co-exist.

    Whether you're chasing a PB or just starting your training journey, Jake keeps it holistic, grounded, and most of all, enjoyable.

    Coach Jess

    Jess brings the sunshine—literally and energetically. A lifelong mover, ocean-lover, and natural motivator, Jess leads our yoga classes with a signature mix of strength, softness, and soulful intention.

    Whether she’s flowing through breath-led sequences or grounding her class in mindful movement, Jess creates a space that feels empowering, inclusive, and warm (just like her).

    She believes movement is about so much more than the physical—it’s about feeling good, reconnecting with your body, and showing up as you are.

  • Coach Trent - Weightlifting

    With a specialty in Olympic lifting and barbell mechanics, Trent helps members refine their technique so they can lift heavier, safer, and with far more confidence.

    His coaching style is calm, clear, and highly intentional. Trent won’t just tell you what to do — he’ll teach you why it matters, breaking down complex movements into simple cues that actually stick. Under his guidance, you learn to move with purpose, build real strength, and unlock the power that comes from proper form.

    Whether you’re chasing your first clean, perfecting a snatch, or wanting to feel more in control under the bar, Trent is the coach who will get you there — patiently, safely, and with a genuine passion for helping you improve.

    Technique is his thing. Progress is his promise. And every win, big or small, is celebrated.

  • Coach Mitch

    Coach Mitch is a long-time CrossFitter and a seriously strong athlete with a deep understanding of movement across the board — from weightlifting to gymnastics and everything in between. He’s the coach who knows how to break things down, fine-tune your form, and help you hit lifts and skills you once thought were out of reach.

    Mitch’s coaching style blends precision with purpose. He’s big on technique, big on quality reps, and even bigger on helping you discover what you’re actually capable of. Under his guidance, you learn to move cleaner, lift better, and build strength that carries through every part of training.

    He loves to push the boundaries — not recklessly, but intentionally. The kind of push that expands your confidence, unlocks new skills, and shows you the version of yourself you didn’t know existed.

    Strong, technical, and committed to growth: Mitch is the coach who takes your training to the next level.

  • Coach Dan

    Coach Dan is a lifelong athlete turned CrossFit coach who’s still attempting — and proudly failing — to retire his footy boots. After years of pushing himself in sport, especially Aussie Rules, he’s moved from the athlete’s side of the gym floor to the coach’s side, bringing every bit of grit, humour, and competitive fire with him.

    Immersed in XFit for the past three years, Dan may be the “new kid” in coaching, but he brings a lifetime of training, teamwork, and sweat-soaked experience to every session. His classes are high-energy, technique-focused, and always packed with banter — the kind that makes you laugh, roll your eyes, and work harder without even realising it.

    Whether you’re chasing strength, speed, or just trying to survive the WOD with your dignity intact, Dan is right there with you — pushing, encouraging, and keeping it real.

    He’ll make you work. He’ll make you laugh. And he’ll absolutely race you in the last 200 metres.
